Sunday, December 4th ->Voyager Craft Coffee
Needed to go to Westfield Valley in the evening and wanted to work at a coffee shop beforehand. I was kind of bored of Chromatic Coffee and found Voyager Craft Coffee instead. I was happy to have found this spot because earlier this ear, Voyager used to be Bellano Coffee but sadly, it closed down in August.
Anyway, I like how Voyager has Coffee and a variety of toast options. They have some fun specialty drinks but I wanted to go basic today and get a regular almond milk latte to pair with some almond honey toast.
The toast is delicious and for $3, they give quite a bit! This was kind of my dinner so I didn't mind the extra bread. The bread was toasted enough to be cooked well.l but was still soft in the center...perfecto!
The almond milk late wasn't bad but that's probably because it paired nicely with the sweet toast. It was slightly bitter. They use Temple coffee beans so can't complain but no latte art and slight bitterness :( Maybe next time, I'll opt for one of their specialty drinks since most people rave about those.
They are suuuuper friendly here, though, from the moment you walk in to when you receive your order. They ran it of mugs and gave me my drink in a cup but the barista felt bad so she washed a mug and gave me my latte in there. She also said she would remake my latte if it wasn't warm enough after the cup switch. So sweet!
Ambiance is cute with indoor and outdoor seating but the place is packed. I lucked out and got a table when two gals left. I further liked how they have free secure WiFi.
I'll definitely be back for the toast and maybe a specialty drink. :D
