Today's post marks a new favorite to add to my list of favorites for the Peninsula: S'Bastians!
So I came here a couple times when it first opened (earlier this year?); I thought it was really delicious during my first visit (and more reasonably-priced compared to other upscale coffee shops), but the second time I went, I had a barista who definitely burned my latte. So I basically boycotted this place for like six months but I started coming here the last week and...things changed...
They know their coffee...and the baristas have all been consistent. Highlights:
- They make their own vanilla syrup
- They don't burn their almond milk lattes (at least not anymore)
- Their prices are slightly cheaper than other coffee shops in the area
- They have unique coffee beans (haven't tried them but so will in the near future)
- They let me sample some cold brew coffees today
- If they have leftover pastries at the end of the day and you come by, you can take them
- They have amazing espresso!
Will definitely return. I also love how they have a parking lot where they're at and it seems like a great spot to get some work done, meet a friend, or just escape life and have some excelletn coffee. Thus, S'Bastians is my new favorite coffee spot in the Peninsula!
Overall: 6/5 Done
