This is a shorter post but still worth conveying. 

I went to Blvd Coffee in Los Gatos on my way to Santa Cruz yesterday and it was decent but not really noteworthy.  Again, when I review coffee shops, I pay attention to the barista's ability to effectively make an almond milk latte and I pay attention to the quality of the espresso/coffee beans.

I thought the latte was smooth...no bitterness...but the espresso was underwhelming.  I tasted more milk and less coffee...kinda bummed I paid for the latte.  I'm curious, though, about their regular coffee.  The place seemed like it's a pretty happenin' spot so maybe their coffee is better or...dare I say it...maybe there aren't that many good coffee spots in the LG?  The vibe here is pretty cool and I like the tables because they have interesting drawings of coffee items (pictures in the photo).  There was no latte art, though, which was kind of sad. If the taste was on point, though, I would have been on board with Blvd Coffee.  But...def was not.
